Short Resume:
Atanas Atanassov is the managing director of “Econometrica” LTD. and is also a Chief Assistant Professor at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) – Sofia, Department “Statistics and Econometrics”. Over 15 years he has been delivering lectures and seminars in the following courses: “Econometrics”, “Applied Econometrics”, “Statistical Time Series Analyses”, “Statistics” and „Statistical information systems”.
Atanas Atanssov is a member of The Econometric Society and is also a member of the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics (ENBIS), SkillsNet network and the Association of the Bulgarian Statisticians. He has over 10 years of experience as a managing director of two companies – “Econometrica” LTD, founded at the beginning of 2013 and “MicroStat Analytics” LTD. from 2006.
Atanas Atanassov has been a team leader and expert over 100 major national and international projects, commissioned by the World Bank; KPMG; the National Employment Agency (Bulgaria); the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy ; the Ministry of Economy, the National Statistical Institution and many others, requiring statistical analyses and forecasts in the socioeconomic filed.
