Short Resume: Jorge Meira Costa is a Portuguese lawyer, scientific legal investigator, expert in Constitutional Law, Monetary Policy and Public Law domiciled in his hometown Braga (Portugal). In the past, he worked as an external collaborator for one of the leading law firms in Portugal “Sérvulo & Associados” and as a legal consultant for the current Portuguese Environment Agency. Law graduate at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Post - Graduated in Land Planning, Urban and Environmental Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and Master in Administrative Law at the School of Law of the University of Minho, he has also been certified by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in the discipline of Public Procurement.
