Kiril Tochkov is Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at Texas Christian University. He studied at Heidelberg University in Germany and Beijing Foreign Studies University in China and holds a PhD in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Dr. Tochkov has been a Visiting Fellow at the Bulgarian National Bank, the Centre for Advanced Studies, and the Korean Institute for International Economic Policy.
