Short Resume:
Paskal Zhelev is an Associate Professor of International Economic Relations at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). He also holds a visiting appointment at the University of Plovdiv. Dr. Zhelev was awarded a Fulbright scholarship and spent the 2015 fall semester at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (USA) as a visiting scholar conducting research on industrial policy. He is the core coordinator of UNWE’s membership in the UNCTAD Virtual Institute.
